“My oil paintings center on the nude female form, with a particular focus on the natural curves of the body and hands. These works are shaped by my experiences with visibility, societal expectations, and the emotional complexity that comes from the push and pull between being seen and wanting to disappear, the pressure to perform, and the quiet negotiations we make between comfort, shame, and self-acceptance. Through gesture and form, I explore the quiet tensions we carry—between vulnerability and control, softness and strength—and the stories that live just beneath the surface of how we present ourselves.”
